About Our Modular Extensions

These are rapidly deployed modular extensions that are Building Regulation compliant, sustainably built and wheelchair accessible. If you are looking to extend your home in a fraction of the time of a traditional build, then this is for you. Designed to your specifiaction each extension is prefabricated to the exact dimensions of your house. They are manufactured in house by a dedicated factory team and then erected on site. The extension can be manufactured, enabled and assembled in 12 days meaning the full turn key project is completed in under a month.

The Kit

Each day a pallet of parts is collected from the factory, this pallet only contains what is required for the day. This ensures that there is no storage on site and mess is kept to a miniumum.

Finishing

Our extensions, unlike traditional builds, are predominantly finished in cement board or cedar cladding. However, can also be finsihed in render or brick-slips to match the existing aesthetic of the house.
