About Our Modular Buildings
Our Modular Buildings are constructed from a lightweight steel/aluminium framework. Unlike the pods these buildings are constructed on site, however still come in a prefabbed kit to avoid as much cutting on site and waste as possible. Following a very similar system to the Pods, our modular Buildings can be configured to many different shapes and sizes. From garden offices to indoor steel frameworks. These modular buildings are completely customisable. As a company we provide the full turnkey solution, including planning applications, building control, groundworks and landscaping.
Exterior Modular Builds
Starting from 12m2 and ranging up to anything 120m2+ Modular Builds can provide the perfect workspace, workshop or micro-warehouse. Here we have a 55m2 home entertainment space equipped with a snooker room and full bar. Modular buildings can also be supplied with canopies or decking, our design team are here to help create your dream living / workspace.
Interior Modular Builds
Our interior modular builds can range from entire shop fitouts to overhead canopies. Using the same lightweight aluminium framework, we can create something with great structurally integrity, whilst looking unique and striking. Coming in a prefabbed kit, these interior solutions can be erected in just a few days with very little disruption to the space.
